Depending on what studies you look at, the eating disorders statistics vary. Here are some of the reported findings:
7 - 10 million women, teens & girls in the United States have an eating disorder
1 million men & boys in the United States have an eating disorder
1 in 200 women in the United States have anorexia (.9%)
Between 200,000 & 300,000 Canadian women between the ages of 13 and 40 have anorexia
