HOPE Inc is a non-profit organization focusing on eating disorder prevention and awareness. They have launched the Get R.E.A.L. Video Outreach Program, which encourages people to set Realistic Expectations and Attitudes for Life (R.E.A.L.). They have put together a 30-minute DVD featuring interviews with physicians, eating disorder stories from survivors, eating disorders statistics, and positive body image messages.

Promote Your Page TooAs part of the pepsi refresh project, the H.O.P.E. Get R.E.A.L. video is in the running to receive $25,000 so this Eating Disorder Awareness video can be shown in Florida schools. Their goals are:

• To distribute the videos to over $7k Florida institutions
• To educate teachers and guidance counselors on the symptoms of eating disorders
• To promote positive body image in Florida schools, reaching more than 2mil students
• To raise awareness about eating disorder treatment centers and provide referrals for treatment when needed
