Me And My Body

I have suffered from compulsive overeating since childhood. My weight was my greatest fear. I was always the fattest amongst all my friends.

I used to eat six to seven times a day, especially at midnight (see night eating syndrome). I hated working out. For food, I always preferred lots of cheese and oily stuff and, due to this, my weight increased tremendously.

At around 18 years of age, I started feeling ashamed of my weight. It was then that I started working out heavily. I ate much less than I ever had, and what I did eat included mostly fruits and green vegetables. I lost 20 kgs very quickly, but it required immense effort. Because I was exercising so much, I realized the importance of fitness. I noticed how different I felt; I was fast, more agile and felt a lot fresher. The effort was worth it.

Very quickly I saw results for my hard work. I gained confidence and found a very beautiful girlfriend whom I love enormously.

So friends, always try to be fit and healthy so that you can be free from many life threatening diseases and enjoy a happy life.
