Anxiety attack symptoms often come along with anorexia symptoms and bulimia nervosa. It is one of those mental health issues that is commonly found in people with eating disorders, and even often the anxiety symptoms precede the development of an eating disorder.

You can feel some or all of these anxiety disorder symptoms. You could feel:
dizzy
confused
a sense of warmth moving through your body
hot
weak
tired
shaky
heavy, shallow breathing (hyperventilation)
sweaty
racing thoughts
tight muscles / tension
dry mouth
queezy stomach (butterflies)
like your heart is beating out of your chest
like your heart is skipping a beat
tightness in your chest
like you can't breathe
like you can't catch your breath
like you're choking
can't sit still
irritable
difficult to sleep
hands tremble or shake
